Pap, yes I know the drill well. What I would think first is that from where did you come FROM to EL Total? I would first suspect a speed reduction with a "less than what you had". That is usually the first thing. Second, if you HAD EL to begin with, I would be calling and pitching a hissy. Thats what they get paid for. Let me know either way. best regards, us
